Refund policy

Request a return within 30 days

Contact AirBedGo at info@brewshot.us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Contact us before sending anything back. Once approved, we provide return instructions, the return address and a shipping label. Do not send returns to an address on the parcel without contacting us first.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds and exchanges

We inspect returned items and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your payment provider may need additional processing time. Contact us if your refund has not arrived 15 business days after approval.

For an exchange, request a return first and place a new order after approval.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights provided by applicable consumer law. The unused-item condition for our voluntary return offer does not limit your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
