Shipping policy

Free standard shipping

AirBedGo offers free standard shipping with no minimum order value to the destinations available at checkout.

Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland and Norway. If your country is unavailable at checkout, we cannot accept delivery orders to that destination.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery to the United States is 10–12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times elsewhere vary by destination and carrier. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Tracking

We email tracking details after dispatch. Allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier update.

Delivery issues

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, contact us so we can investigate. For a parcel marked delivered but missing, check with your household and neighbours and contact us within seven days. Please report damage within 48 hours with photographs of the item and packaging, and retain the packaging while we investigate. These reporting windows do not limit your statutory rights.
